§ 34.15  UTILITY MANAGER.
   (A)   The Town Council may from time to time employ a person to serve as the town's Utility Manager, with such qualifications (including but not limited to the timely obtaining and maintaining of appropriate certifications, duties and responsibilities), and on such terms and conditions, and in accordance with such rules, regulations, policies and procedures or standards of conduct, as are established for that position from time to time by the Town Council.
   (B)   The position of Utility Manager shall be compensated at the rate set by ordinance of the Town Council.
   (C)   Nothing in this section shall be construed to create an employment relationship between the town and its Utility Manager other than an employment at will.
