§ 33.55  ACCEPTANCE OF CREDIT CARDS AS PAYMENT.
   (A)   The Town Council authorizes the acceptance of  Visa and Mastercard credit cards in the conduct of monetary transactions through the Clerk- Treasurer’s office.
   (B)   A user fee is established of 3% per transaction. That fee shall be collected and retained by the town to offset the cost of the transaction and related cost to operation of the system.
