§ 33.53  PLACEMENT OF INVESTMENTS OUTSIDE TOWN DEPOSITORY.
   (A)   The Town Council hereby authorizes the Clerk-Treasurer to invest in depositories heretofore not designated by the town but so designated as public depositories by the State of Indiana.
   (B)   Such authority to invest shall be limited to financial institutions within Huntington County and such authority shall include all practices and procedures as stipulated in state law.
