§ 33.08  CUMULATIVE BUILDING AND EQUIPMENT FUND.
   (A)   The Warren Cumulative Building or Remodeling, Firefighting, and Police Radio Equipment Fund” (“Fund”) is hereby established.
   (B)   To provide for that Fund a tax will be levied annually not to exceed the rate of $0.0333 on each $100 of assessed valuation of property within the taxing district of the town, commencing with the tax collected in 2002.
   (C)   As that tax is collected it shall be deposited in that Fund to be appropriated according to law and used for one or more of the following purposes:
      (1)   The purchase, construction, renovation, or addition to buildings used by the Volunteer Fire Department, or Fire Department, serving the town.
      (2)   The purchase of fire fighting equipment for use of the Volunteer Fire Department serving the town, including making the required payments under a lease rental with option to purchase agreement made to acquire the equipment.
      (3)   The purchase of police radio equipment.
      (4)   The purchase, construction, renovation, or addition to a building, or the purchase of equipment, for use of a provider of emergency medical services to the town.
