§ 33.07  PROMOTIONAL FUND.
   (A)   The following are allowed as per state statute as reimbursable items from funds budgeted from the general fund to pay the expenses of or to reimburse town officials for expenses incurred in promoting the best interests of the town:
      (1)   Rental of meeting space;
      (2)   Payment for meals, decorations, memorabilia, and awards;
      (3)   Expenses incurred in interviewing job applicants;
      (4)   Expenses incurred in promoting industrial, commercial, and residential development;
      (5)   Expenses incurred in developing relations with other units of government;
      (6)   Any expenses of a civic or governmental nature deemed by the Town Council to be in the interest of the town.
   (B)   Such expenses shall be preapproved by Council where deliberation is appropriate, but in all cases such claims shall be presented for review and allowance at the next meeting at which such considerations are made.
