§ 33.05  RAINY DAY FUND.
   (A)   Pursuant to all regulations and following all requirements pursuant to IC 36-1-8-5, a Rainy Day Fund is hereby established within the Budget Year 2001 and continuing forward as provided.
   (B)   Any such transfers shall be set out in resolution form authorizing reduction.
