§ 32.75  DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT.
   (A)   A Department of Redevelopment controlled by a Board of five members to be known as the Redevelopment Commission is hereby established in accordance with IC 36-7-14-1 et seq.
   (B)   The jurisdiction and territory of the Redevelopment Commission shall be within the corporate boundaries of the town, and all areas assigned to it in accordance with IC 36-7-25-4 and applicable law.
