§ 32.65  COUNTY PLAN COMMISSION DESIGNATED AS TOWN PLAN COMMISSION.
   (A)   The County Plan Commission is hereby designated as the Town Plan Commission.
   (B)   When acting for the town, the County Plan Commission shall have all powers and duties that a municipal plan commission has under advisory planning law.
   (C)   As a result of designating the Huntington County Plan Commission to act as the town Plan Commission, residents of the town are eligible to be appointed citizen members of the County Plan Commission under IC 36-7-4-410(b).
   (D)   Upon acceptance of this designation and pursuant to IC 36-7-4-410(a), the County Plan Commission and the Huntington Countywide Department of Community Development acting for the County Plan Commission shall obtain the full amount of fees and charges provided for in the applicable zoning ordinance and subdivision control ordinance as payment for expenses properly chargeable for planning services contemplated herein.
