§ 153.01  COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   (A)   The Comprehensive Plan for the town as adopted by Res. 1997-5 on 6-23-97, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein.
   (B)   The Plan is available for inspection at the Clerk- Treasurer's office and at the offices of the Huntington Countywide Department of Community Development.
