§ 151.25  DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATOR.
   The town Plan Commission hereby appoints the Executive Director of the Huntington Countywide Department of Community Development to administer and implement the provisions of this chapter and is herein referred to as the Floodplain Administrator.
