(A) The Fire Department shall adopt rules, regulations, and bylaws governing the manner of giving alarms of fire, getting to fires, and in general, the conduct of all members of the Department upon alarm of fire and until the run has been completed, all of which shall be subject to these provisions and to the approval of the Town Council.
(B) The Fire Department may also adopt a constitution and bylaws for its government, not inconsistent with the laws of the state or the ordinances of the town, the same to be effective only when approved by the Town Council.
