§ 151.01  STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   The Indiana Legislature has in IC 36-7-14 granted the power to local government units to control land use within their jurisdictions. Therefore, the Town of Warren Commissioners, do hereby adopt the following floodplain management regulations.
