§ 150.16  RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner's decision first to the Board of Commissioners of Huntington County, and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, in accordance with the provisions of IC 22-13-2-7.
