It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, whether as owner, lessee, sub-lessee, or occupant, to erect, construct, alter, convert, use, occupy, or maintain any building or structure in the town and the aforementioned unincorporated tract or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary to or in violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
