(A) The willful destruction, injury, writing upon or covering with any substance which defaces or causes to be ineffective, or removal of, any town- owned or other public property is declared to be a nuisance.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to offer and pay a sum up to $25 for information which has led to the arrest and conviction of one or more persons for willfully damaging town-owned or other public property within the town. All such payments shall be reported to Council at the next meeting.
