(A) It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to ignite or explode or otherwise discharge in the town what are generally designated as fireworks at any time except on such days as are generally recognized as appropriate occasions for celebrations by use of fireworks, or when a fireworks display is being held as part of a public entertainment or function.
(B) It shall be unlawful at any time to carelessly or purposely throw any firecracker or other explosive, or to discharge any kind of fireworks in or onto any automobile or other vehicle, or to purposely or negligently throw or place the same where they may explode in close proximity to any person.
