§ 95.31  ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS MAY BE ENACTED BY TOWN.
   To facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles or parts, the town may employ personnel; acquire equipment, property, and facilities; and enter into towing contracts for the removal, storage, and disposition of abandoned vehicles and parts. The Town Council may established additional procedures, by ordinance, to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
