§ 31.15  TOWN ATTORNEY.
   (A)   Employment of Town Attorney.  The Town Council may employ an attorney to act as Town Attorney, whose obligations to the town shall be fixed by contract with the Town Council.  ('83 Code, § 2-4)
   (B)   Enforcement of ordinances.  It shall be the duty of the Attorney employed by the town to prosecute any violations of the town ordinances.  ('83 Code, § 2-5)
