§ 94.01  STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION OF EXPLOSIVES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to store, or drive or cause to be driven any wagon or vehicle over any public street or alley of the town which contains dynamite, other explosive compounds, or hazardous materials of any kind in quantities in excess of 100 pounds.
