§ 93.03  WILLFUL DESTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS, STREETS, OR TOWN PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to willfully, carelessly, or mischievously injure or tear up any sidewalk, street, alley, curbing, or any other property owned by the town.
