§ 91.14  ABATEMENT OF NUISANCE BY TOWN.
   Upon failure, neglect, or refusal of any party to comply with the notice to abate, in addition to the issuance of a citation under § 91.13, the department in the name of the Town Council may cause the town to abate the public nuisance, and thereafter furnish the Council with a statement of the costs of that abatement.
