It is made the duty of all officers and employees of the town to report the existence of nuisances to the Town Marshal's Department. For this purpose, law enforcement personnel and other representatives designated by the Town Council as to specific situations shall have the authority and obligation to visit, enter into or upon any property or premises within the limits of the town in accordance with the requirements of other applicable law to ascertain and discover any nuisance and to make examination thereof.
