§ 91.02  INCORPORATION OF STATE LAW.
   It is the intent of this chapter, adopted in accordance with the intent of IC 36-7-10.1, to incorporate herein the requirements of IC 36-7-10.1 as they now exist and are hereafter modified or superseded. It is the further intention of this chapter to incorporate herein the requirements of IC 36-1-6-2
as it now exists and is hereafter modified to superseded.
