It is the purpose of this chapter to protect the public safety, health and welfare and enhance the environment of the people of the town by making it unlawful to allow any material growth of weeds, grass or other rank vegetation to exist and that it is further unlawful to maintain a public nuisance. This chapter is to be administered by the Town Marshal's Department.
