§ 90.17  EXEMPTIONS.
   The requirements of this chapter with regard to licensing, shall not apply to any animal belonging to a nonresident of the town and kept within the town for not longer than 30 days in any calendar year, provided that all such animals, while in town, be kept within a secure enclosure or vehicle, or be under restraint.
