§ 90.16  RECORDS REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Authority to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of the impoundment and disposition of all animals coming into its custody.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Authority to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of all monies belonging to the town, which records shall be open to inspection at reasonable times by such persons responsible for similar records of the town, and shall be audited by the town in the same manner as other town records are audited.
