§ 90.09  DANGEROUS ANIMALS TO BE CONFINED.
   The owner shall confine within a secure enclosure, every fierce, dangerous, or vicious animal, and not take such animal out of such secure enclosure unless the animal is securely muzzled and effectively restrained.  Each such enclosure shall be at least 30 feet from any adjoining property.
