§ 90.02  ANIMAL CONTROL AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall be implemented by the town's Animal Control Authority.
   (B)   The President of the Town Council shall certify the appointment of the Animal Control Authority, which certificate of appointment shall become a part of the records of the town.
