(A) (1) No person shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except for a public holiday, upon the following public ways, or parts of public ways:

(2) Handicapped parking shall be designated at the following areas:

(B) No person shall park a vehicle for a period of time longer than 15 minutes between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day, except Sunday or a public holiday, upon the following public ways, or part of public ways:
