SCHEDULE III. ONE-WAY PUBLIC ALLEYS.

   Vehicular traffic shall be permitted in one direction only on certain public alleys in the town as follows:

   Description

   One-way westerly off of (away from) Wayne Street onto (toward) Matilda Street between First and Third Streets.

   One-way easterly off of (away from) Wayne Street onto Main Street between First and Third Streets.
