§ 73.02  OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC- CONTROL DEVICES.
   Any person operating a skateboard, roller skates, roller blades, a bicycle, a scooter, or a similar wheeled vehicle which is not licensed or required to be licensed by the State of Indiana to travel on its public highways (hereinafter in this chapter a “wheeled vehicle”) within the town, shall when so doing obey the instructions of all traffic-control signals, signs, or other control devices applicable to vehicles and pedestrians and the provisions of this chapter, unless otherwise directed by a law enforcement officer.
