A general snow removal period will be in effect throughout the town between the dates of November 30 of the current year and April 1 of the following year. During this period, all on-street parking within the town shall comply with the following parking plan:
(A) Parking only on the side of even house numbers on even-numbered days of the month; and
(B) Parking only on the side of odd house numbers on odd-numbered days of the month.
