§ 72.02  DISPLAYING FOR SALE, OR WASHING OR REPAIRING VEHICLE ON PUBLIC WAY PROHIBITED.
   No person shall park a vehicle upon any public way for the purpose of displaying such vehicle for sale or for washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except for the purpose of making repairs necessitated by an emergency.
