All committees appointed by the Town Council for the management of any part of the business of the town may present an itemized statement of the time, services and expenses bestowed on or expended in the discharge of their duties, and Council shall make such allowance for the committee as Council may deem reasonable in the manner provided by IC 36-5-4- 2.
