§ 30.03  COUNCIL MEMBERS TO SERVE AS SUPERINTENDENTS.
   At the organization meeting of the Town Council, one member of Council shall be duly appointed by Council as Superintendent of the Electric Utility; one member shall be duly appointed by Council as Superintendent of the Water Utility; one member of Council shall be duly appointed as Superintendent of the Streets and Alleys Department; and one member of Council shall be duly appointed as Superintendent of the Sewer and Drainage Department.
