§ 30.01  ELECTION OF COUNCIL.
   (A)   At large Council elections. The Town Council shall have four Council member positions filled by at large election.
   (B)   Special three year terms. For the Town Council election held in 1999, two Council members shall be elected for a term of three calendar years each, commencing on January 1, 2000.
   (C)   Four year terms. For the Town Council election held in 1999, two Council members shall be elected for a term of four calendar years each, commencing on January 1, 2000.
   (D)   Three and four year terms. The two Town Council members receiving the fewest votes of the four Council members elected in 1999 shall be the Council members to serve the foregoing three year terms. The two Town Council members receiving the greatest number of votes shall be the Council members to serve the foregoing four year terms.
   (D)   Successor Council members. The successors of all Town Council members elected in 1999 shall be elected in the November election day election in the year of expiration of their respective terms, for successor terms of four years, and likewise every four years thereafter.
