§ 51.34  SERVICE RE-ESTABLISHMENT CHARGE.
   When disconnect or reconnect of electric service is necessary for nonpayment of bill, or when for any reason other than the fault of the electric utility a disconnect or reconnect is required by any one customer more often than once in a 12-month period, a charge of $25 will be made by the electric utility to offset a part of the cost.
