The following shall be municipal street lighting service rates for the Town of Warren.
(A) To whom available. This service shall be available to the town for municipal street lighting service.
(B) Character of service. The utility shall install, operate and maintain, at its expense, all street lighting equipment and appurtenances.
(C) Rate. The rate for street lighting service shall be based on the then current municipal service rates established pursuant to § 51.28 of this chapter.
