§ 36.05  RECORDS ACCESS OFFICERS; GUIDELINES.
   (A)   In order to implement this chapter, the town Clerk-Treasurer is hereby designated as the person responsible for the public records release decisions, and will be referred to as the Records Access Officer.
   (B)   The Records Access Officer shall be guided by the Access to Public Records Act, (IC 5-14-3-1 et seq.), as amended, and shall also be guided by this chapter and any state and federal law regarding privacy, confidentiality, and disclosure requirements of certain records.
