§ 52.03  SCOPE.
   (A)   No person shall construct, repair, or abandon, or cause to be constructed, repaired, or abandoned, any well contrary to the provisions of these regulations and standards.
   (B)   Previously adopted procedures and requirements of the Health Department are superseded by these regulations and standards.
