§ 50.45 QUARTERLY REPORT.

   A licensee shall submit a quarterly report to the Public Works Director containing the following information:

   (A)   Number of customers added or deleted;

   (B)   Changes in routes;

   (C)   New and replacement equipment; and

   (D)   Any other information requested by the Public Works Director and pertinent to the solid waste collection business.
