§ 157.132  CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)    No land shall be used or occupied and no building, sign, or structure erected or altered nor shall be used or changed in use until a certificate of occupancy has been issued by the Zoning Administrator stating that the building, sign, and/or the proposed use complies with the provisions of this chapter. A certificate of the same shall be required for changing or extending any non-conforming use. The aforementioned certificate shall be applied for coincidentally with the application for a zoning permit and shall be issued within ten working days after the erection or alterations of such building or part shall have been competed in conformity with the provisions of this chapter. A record of all such certificates shall be kept on file and copies shall be furnished, upon request, to any person having a propriety or tenancy interest in the building or land.
