Public and private schools are subject to the following requirements.
(A) All buildings and swimming pools (when provided) shall be set back a minimum of 50 feet from all exterior property lines.
(B) Buffering shall comply with § 157.005.
(C) Lighting shall be provided, if applicable, such that it is not directed on to any adjacent residential lot or road.
