(A) No new group home (also known as a halfway house) may be located within one-half mile radius of an existing similar home or facility.
(B) A site plan shall be provided and indicating distances from existing similar facilities, buffering requirements and parking as applicable with this type of use in this chapter.
(C) Staffing shall be licensed staff, with appropriate safety and security measures and in accordance with all applicable government regulations.
(D) All such homes or facilities shall comply with all applicable government regulations.
