§ 157.051  DWELLING, MANUFACTURED HOME (SINGLE WIDE OR DOUBLE WIDE).
   (A)   This type of dwelling, as defined in this chapter, permitted as an accessory use to the principle use of the property for the purpose of a residence by the owner and or facility caretaker of the property.
   (B)   No more than one dwelling of this type shall be permitted for every ten acres.
