(A) Church association cemeteries.
(1) Graves and crypts shall meet County Environmental Health Department regulations for distance from wells/septic systems and shall meet county public utilities regulations for distance from public water/sewer systems.
(2) Graves and crypts shall be set back at least 30 feet from exterior property lines, as an alternative for setbacks along exterior property lines a buffer in compliance with § 157.005 may be substituted.
(B) Commercial cemeteries.
(1) Graves and crypts shall meet County Environmental Health Department regulations for distance from wells/septic systems and shall meet county public utilities regulations for distance from public water/sewer systems.
(2) Graves and crypts shall be set back at least 30 feet from exterior property lines, as an alternative for setbacks along exterior property lines a buffer in compliance with § 157.005 may be substituted.
(C) Family cemeteries.

(D) Pet cemeteries (commercial only).
