Accessory buildings and uses may be erected or permitted by this chapter and shall be subject to the following requirements:
(A) No separate accessory building or use shall be erected within ten feet of any other buildings, or within ten feet from any property line; and
(B) The square footage of all non-farm accessory buildings or uses may not exceed 75% of the permitted principal structure and improvement. This size restriction shall not apply to accessory buildings for bona fide farms, as defined in this chapter, where the accessory building is secondary to the operation of the bona fide farm.
