As defined in § 157.010, in order to provide protection of the county’s natural resources for land and water quality, new development shall not exceed the following percentages (impervious surface ratio) per lot in its respective zoning districts (illustration shows what is defined as an impervious surface only and does not reflect the percentages below):
(A) Residential development: maximum of 25% impervious surface area;
(B) Non-residential development: maximum of 36% impervious surface area.
