§ 156.04  JURISDICTION.
    The regulations contained herein shall govern development of land within the county, except those lands lying within the jurisdiction of any municipality, unless such municipality shall have, by resolution, requested the county to enforce these regulations within the municipality’s area of jurisdiction.
