The Advisory Board may consult with North Carolina Cooperative Extension Office, the Soil and Water Conservation District Office, the Natural Resources Conservation Service Orifice, the Farm Service Agency Office, the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and with any other individual, agency, or organization the Advisory Board deems necessary to properly conduct its business.
